Returns / Exchange

You can return/exchange the items for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Kindly take a photo of the damaged item and send it to us.

To qualify for return/exchange, please ensure that the air freshener can lid is not open.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refunds after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will refund you the full cost of the item minus the delivery cost.

Only purchases made directly from popfume.com qualify for the Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.
